Steve Cooper
Chairman, CEO/President and Co-founder
Steve Cooper brings over 18 years of sales, marketing and general
management experience in the standard bus-board marketplace to
One Stop Systems. Mr. Cooper began his career with Intel, where
he became a technical spokesman for the concept of board-level
open bus standards and the Multibus and Multibus II architectures.
Mr. Cooper then joined RadiSys, a start-up company specializing
in embedded PC-compatible computers. Within RadiSys, he led the
sales and marketing efforts for the new company that grew rapidly
and went public in 1994. Mr. Cooper was recruited to I-Bus in San
Diego as VP, Sales and Marketing, and later became President and
Chief Operating Officer. I-Bus produces passive backplane based
systems primarily used in computer telephony applications. Mr.
Cooper's most recent position was as President and Chief Operating
Officer for SBS Technologies. SBS is a $75M, 300 employee company
that produces a wide variety of standard bus-based products. While
at SBS, Mr. Cooper transformed the sales and marketing approach
of the company, increasing sales and earnings approximately 50%
in one year. Mr. Cooper holds a BSEE degree from the University
of California, Santa Barbara.

Mark Gunn
Vice President Sales & Marketing and Co-founder
A co-founder of One Stop Systems, Mark has served as the head of
sales and marketing for the company since its beginning. As an officer
in the corporation, Mark takes a leading role in the direction of
the company. Mark has a broad range of experience in the bus-board
business in engineering design, engineering services management,
marketing communications management, and sales and marketing management.
Kirk Anderson
Vice President, Operations
Kirk brings over 20 years of experience in leading cross functional
operations for high tech firms in Silicon Valley. He has managed
a broad range of departmental operations for mostly communication
equipment providers of different sizes and stages. His career includes
successful stints in firms from startup to $500M in size, including
Vitalink Communications and Network Systems Corp. His specialties
include general business ops, accounting, customer care, supply chain
management, production, materials management, and quality. Kirk
holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from St. Mary's College in
Moraga, CA.
