The OSS-EBP-2001 backplane accepts one PICMG 1.3 compliant SHB Express SBC or SHB ELB in the system slot and up to 19 PCIe add-in boards.

  Two +12V connectors provide additional power to the backplane for those system host boards utilizing high performance microprocessors.

Power Indicators The power indicators provide a convenient visual check for +5V, -5V, +12V, -12V and +3.3V power connections.
Baackplane I/o Connections Backplane I/O connections are available for use with SHB Express system host boards. The OSS-EBP-2001 offers the following I/O connections:
  - USB 2.0 (four protected ports)
  - 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet (two ports)
  - SATA (two ports)
