One Stop Systems' 4U rugged passive backplane-based, rackmount enclosure supports a wide range of passive backplanes, including segmented backplanes, supporting multiple systems in a single enclosure. Five high-output fans provide superior cooling, blowing air from front-to-rear through the enclosure. Easily serviceable 3-1/2” and 5-1/4” modular drive bays provide significant storage capacity. Dual hot swappable 350-watt power supplies provide ample redundant power. The 4U rugged enclosure was specifically designed to meet requirements for harsh environments with features like reinforced corners, power supply hold-downs, flush-mounted LEDs, and completely secured cables. Modular components like the removable drive bay modules and the removable backplane tray provide easy servicing.

Standard and Segmented Passive Backplanes
One Stop Systems provides a wide range of standard backplanes up to 19 slots. All One Stop Systems backplanes are PICMG-based and include PCI/ISA, PCI and/or PCI/PCI-X slots. In addition, One Stop Systems offers a variety of segmented backplanes that allow the user to operate multiple systems within the same enclosure simultaneously. All backplanes support PICMG-based single board computers.

Single Board Computers
One Stop Systems also provides the latest technology, Intel-based single board computers (SBCs). Supporting P3, P4 and Xeon processors these American-built SBCs come with long-life embedded product support. One Stop Systems will configure the BIOS and deliver the SBC completely ready to use.

Integrated System
One Stop Systems not only provides the highest quality components for a rugged system but will also fully configure and integrate the system to the customers’ specific requirements. This includes installing and configuring the SBC, installing all I/O boards and peripherals such as drives and CDROM. One Stop Systems will also load and configure the operating system and any proprietary software. All products are thoroughly tested and inspected and run through a 30-point checklist. The checklist is signed and included in the box with each product, insuring its proper operation prior to leaving the factory.
