It uses the highest-performance PCIe NVMe flash with x8 lanes for double the bandwidth of 2.5” NVMe. The 16-slot 4U Pro platform provides extreme PCIe Gen4 speed with added professional features. The 4U Pro supports 2 PCIe Gen4 x16 host connections, 4 PCIe Gen4 x16 single-width expansion slots, and 12 PCIe Gen4 x8 single-width expansion slots to aggregate any set of PCIe add-in cards (AICs) to Gen 4 equipped servers and workstations. The system supports 16 full-length PCIe AICs such as NVMe flash, FPGAs, single-slot GPUs and network interface cards (NICs). Dynamic fan speed control keeps the system cool under full load, while conserving power and noise when unneeded. Two 2000W power supplies provide redundant hot-swap system power. The semi-rugged frame design and up to 64 GB/s of sustained data throughput make the 16 slot 4U Pro platform ideal for edge data recording, storage, or converged compute AI applications.
